Currency and charges
All orders are processed in USD. Payment is collected when you place your order. Your payment provider may initially show a temporary authorization before the completed charge appears.
Payment security
Checkout uses encrypted connections, and payment providers handle payment credentials. Vafini does not store full card credentials on its own servers. Unusual transactions may be reviewed, and we may contact you for confirmation before dispatch.
Payment assistance
If a payment is declined, check your billing details, available funds and any authentication request from your provider. Contact your bank or payment provider if the problem continues. Our support email is info@vafini.com; never send full card numbers or security codes by email.
Refunds
