Shipping policy

Vafini ships to the United States. Shipping to the customer is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. We do not currently deliver outside this market.
From order to delivery
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Processing days: Monday through Saturday.
- Transit after dispatch: 5 to 8 business days.
- Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 11 business days.
- Order cut-off: 4:00 PM GMT-05:00, Monday through Saturday.
Orders received before the cut-off enter processing that day. Orders received later enter processing on the next processing day. Processing does not mean same-day dispatch.
Tracking your delivery
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Allow time for the carrier's first scan to appear. If tracking stops updating or the estimated delivery window has passed, email info@vafini.com with your order number.
Delivery estimates and delays
Transit times are estimates. Public holidays, weather and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If we become aware of a material delay affecting your order, we will keep you informed.
