These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using vafini.com and purchasing from Vafini. Lynova operates the store. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vafini and its operator.

Vafini offers clothing for men and women. You do not need an account to browse. Purchases and relevant services are subject to these Terms and the policies referenced here. Shopify Inc. supplies our ecommerce platform. These Terms also apply to relevant new features or services, and the current version is available on this page.
1. Using the online store
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or any legally required permission. Use the website lawfully. You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other material that interferes with the store. A breach may result in restricted or terminated access, subject to applicable law.
2. General conditions
We may refuse service where lawful and reasonably necessary. Information other than payment credentials may travel across networks and be adapted to technical requirements. Payment transmissions are encrypted. Reproducing, reselling or exploiting the service or its content requires permission. Headings help you navigate these Terms and do not change their meaning.
3. Accuracy and currency of information
We seek to present accurate, current information, but occasional inaccuracies or omissions may occur. General information and historical material may not reflect current availability. Please contact us if you need clarification before ordering. This section does not remove our duties concerning legally required information or accepted purchases.
4. Changes to products and prices
Prices, product selections and services can change. Such changes normally apply to future purchases. An accepted order remains subject to its agreed terms unless a lawful correction or cancellation is necessary. We may modify or discontinue products or services without removing rights arising from an existing order.
5. Product information and availability
Some items are sold exclusively online, and availability may be limited. Colors can appear differently on different screens. Check the description and selected variant before ordering. We may reasonably limit quantities or sales where permitted. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund and Return Policy, and mandatory product rights remain unaffected.
6. Orders, billing and customer details
Supply accurate billing, delivery and contact information, and notify us promptly if a correction is needed. We may refuse or cancel orders for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud or inability to fulfill a purchase. We will use the contact details provided to explain an affected order. Payments due back following cancellation are returned through the original payment method.

The store may provide access to tools operated by other providers, including tools introduced later. Their separate terms may apply. Review them before use. Independently operated tools are outside our control and may be provided as available, but this does not exclude responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control independently operated websites, their content or their privacy practices. Review their terms before using their services or making a purchase. Direct questions about a third party's independent offering to that provider.
9. Contributions and feedback
When you voluntarily submit suggestions or other content, you permit us to use, reproduce and publish it for operating and improving the business, subject to applicable rights and privacy obligations. We are not required to pay for unsolicited suggestions or respond to every submission. Do not submit confidential information unless requested through an appropriate channel.
You are responsible for your submissions. They must not infringe rights, mislead others, contain malicious code or include unlawful or harmful content. We may remove inappropriate contributions. Nothing here overrides applicable rights in personal information or other protected material.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer protections, product rights and our obligations for accepted orders remain in force.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims, including reasonable legal costs, caused by your unlawful use of the store, infringement of another party's rights or material breach of these Terms. This does not make you responsible for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or remove mandatory protections.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue to apply. The affected provision is limited or replaced only to the extent legally permitted.
16. Ending access or use
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach or another lawful reason. Payment, refund and other obligations that should survive termination continue, together with rights arising before termination.
17. The agreement between us
These Terms, the referenced policies and the details of your accepted order form the agreement applicable to your use of the store and purchase. They replace earlier discussions on the same matters to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision immediately does not waive it. Interpretation remains subject to applicable law.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This choice does not remove mandatory protections available to consumers under the law applicable to their purchase, or restrict courts and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Updates to these Terms
We may publish revised Terms on this page. Check the current version before making a new purchase. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase agreement.
20. Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@vafini.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Contact us for instructions and the return address before posting an item.
Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. We recommend a tracked service. No restocking fee applies. Exchanges are available on request. If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with the order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Statutory remedies and responsibility for associated costs remain unaffected.
After receipt and inspection of the return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
