Returns & Refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@vafini.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not charge restocking fees. After the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

Processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Saturday. Transit then takes 5–8 business days. The estimated total is 6–11 business days. Delivery dates are estimates.

Email info@vafini.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will provide the return instructions and address. Please do not send a parcel to the business address without instructions.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
